Egypt's health minister meets Arab hospitals union on AI in hospital management

Egypt's Health Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar met Arab Hospitals Union head Fadi Allama to discuss cooperation on artificial intelligence and digital transformation in hospital care.

• Abdel Ghaffar met Allama and his delegation on 14 October to discuss hospital management and improving care quality.
• The two sides discussed digital transformation and employing artificial intelligence in hospital management to improve operational efficiency.
• Both sides stressed strengthening partnerships among Arab health institutions and exchanging expertise on infrastructure and medical staff development.
• Deputy Minister Mohamed El-Tayeb and union executive director Alice Yamin attended the meeting.
