Giza water company chief convenes expanded meeting on service operations

Engineer Mohamed Salah El-Din Abdel Ghaffar has held an expanded meeting with Giza water and sanitation executives to review operations and set priorities.

• Abdel Ghaffar met with sector heads and general managers to review operational performance of drinking water and sewage systems.
• The meeting examined hot spots with recurring operational problems and cleaning and maintenance plans for sewage networks.
• Officials reviewed plant readiness, ongoing project progress, and rainy-season preparations, including suction equipment and emergency teams.
• Abdel Ghaffar directed that citizen complaints receive top priority and be resolved quickly, stressing team coordination.
