- Sisi participated Wednesday in the forum's "Homeland and Citizen Security" session, joined by Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly and the defense, interior, and foreign ministers.

- Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty said Egypt will not allow Sudan's division, rejects the displacement of Palestinians, and will not subject 110 million Egyptians to any party's unilateral will over water.
- Sisi said developing reform and rehabilitation centers stems from an ethical, religious, and humanitarian perspective aimed at reintegrating offenders into society.
- Sisi called for activating memory and shedding light on the 2011 events, noting police stations and prisons were stormed and 33,000 inmates escaped.
- Interior Minister Mahmoud Tawfik said citizen awareness acts as a protective barrier against attempts to destabilize the nation.
