- Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has witnessed the signing of contracts for Hyde Park's purchase of a 415-feddan plot in Sixth of October City's eastern expansions.
- The site, formerly known as Dreamland land, will host Hyde Park's fourth project in West Cairo and its largest there to date.
- Amr Serag signed for Hyde Park and Karam Salah for the asset management firm owned by National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr.
- Housing Minister Randa El-Menashawy said the deal resolves a dispute over the Dreamland land that persisted for decades.
