Multiple Heated Rivalry parody musicals head to Edinburgh Fringe

At least three musical spoofs of the TV series Heated Rivalry are running at this year's Edinburgh Fringe, with additional productions planned for London.

• Heated Rivalry: The Unauthorized Musical Parody, after an off-Broadway run, is heading to the Edinburgh Fringe.
• Puck Bunnies: A Heated Rivalry Drag Musical Parody, written by Kyra Brown and Christan Leonard, is also set for the festival.
• Both teams wrote their scripts in roughly three weeks; Brown said Puck Bunnies focuses on "bigger-label queer" themes and is self-funded by its creators.
• A fourth parody, Deep-Heat Rivalry by Trevor Ashley and Phil Scott, is scheduled for London.
