- Fahmy stated during a press conference in Cairo that Arab national security is “an indivisible whole” and that Arab sovereignty is a red line that cannot be crossed.
- Fahmy announced plans to establish an early warning system, a crisis management cell, and a council of elders to enhance the League’s preventive diplomacy and rapid response.
