A snake hunter found a burrow containing approximately 30 cobra eggs in a fruit farm on the new Abu Qir highway in Alexandria on Monday.
- Ahmed Ragab El-Dakroury said he received a complaint from a resident about a large cobra in an agricultural plot between Mahmoudiyah and Maamura.
- After more than three hours of digging, El-Dakroury said the team reached the cobra eggs but had not yet located the mother snake.
- El-Dakroury stated that the site, which is in Alexandria and not near residential areas, yields large numbers of cobras every year.
