Egypt launches 11th training week at Saqqara Center for local government staff

Egypt's Local Development Ministry has begun its 11th training week at the Saqqara Development Center, running 18–22 October 2026 under its 2026/2027 training plan.

• Minister Manal Awad announced the training week's launch, covering 18–22 October, as part of the ministry's 2026/2027 annual training plan.
• The week comprises four programs: ISO-standard training-bag preparation, a public relations and media manager course, a National Emergency Network qualification course, and a district secretary preparation program.
• Assistant Minister Essam El-Gohary said the programs combine quality-standard training, media cadre qualification, and emergency-response readiness for local administration staff.
