Cairo University president directs completion of children's medical complex education building for 2027–2028

Cairo University President Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadiq inspected the children's medical complex in 6th of October City and prioritized its educational building for next academic year.

• Abdel Sadiq toured the complex and met project officials; construction and finishing works exceeded 80% completion in several buildings.
• He directed prioritizing completion of educational building No. 4, targeting its delivery in May 2027 for the 2027/2028 academic year.
• He ordered a detailed timeline for remaining works across project components with assigned responsibilities and periodic progress reports.
• The 75,000-square-meter complex will hold 300 beds across six buildings, including the main hospital, hotel, and educational building.
