Al-Ahly outlines three scenarios as European clubs circle goalkeeper Mostafa Shobeir

Egyptian club Al-Ahly has prepared contingency plans should goalkeeper Mostafa Shobeir receive a formal transfer offer from European clubs.

• Shobeir has received contacts from European clubs but no formal offers have been submitted, an Al-Ahly source said.
• Al-Ahly will accept a significant financial offer for Shobeir, who is under contract until the end of next season, the source added.
• If Shobeir leaves, Al-Ahly plans to rely on Mohamed El Shenawy as starting goalkeeper and also considers signing Mohamed Alla from El Gouna.
