Egypt's Foreign Minister departs for New York for UN General Assembly high-level segment

Egypt's Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty has departed for New York to attend the high-level segment of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

• Abdelatty left Cairo on Saturday morning for New York to take part in the assembly's high-level segment, which brings together leaders and foreign ministers from member states.
• He is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with foreign ministers and heads of delegations to discuss bilateral ties and exchange views on regional and international issues.
• He will also participate in high-level events and side meetings on the margins of the assembly, and meet with representatives of participating nations and organizations.
