The Turkish Football Federation has referred Trabzonspor to its disciplinary committee over chants during its league match against Konyaspor, the club's second such referral in a short period.
- The Turkish Football Federation referred Trabzonspor to its disciplinary committee under Article 53 over what it described as abusive and offensive chants during the match against Konyaspor.
- The federation also referred Konyaspor player Deniz Turuç to the disciplinary committee for unsportsmanlike conduct during the match, without precautionary measures.
- Konyaspor won the match 1-0 in round five of the Turkish Super Lig, with Egyptian Mohamed Salah playing for Trabzonspor and Mostafa Mohamed for Konyaspor.
- The referral follows a prior case over president Ertuğrul Doğan's comments on refereeing, in which the federation cleared both the club and Doğan.
