Sewage projects handed over in 5 Farafra villages under Decent Life initiative

Egypt's local development minister and New Valley governor witnessed the signing of handover and operation minutes for sewage projects across five Farafra villages.

• Minister Manal Awad and Governor Hanan Magdy witnessed the signing of the handover and operation minutes at Farafra's local unit.
• Awad said the first phase completed 15 lifting stations and 5 treatment plants, with 3 stations and 1 plant per village.
• Awad stated the government continues implementing presidential directives to complete and operate Decent Life projects so citizens benefit from state investments.
• Magdy said the governorate is preparing forest plantation sites to receive treated water, with construction work tendered to investors.
